Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Incrito, a unit of Shrestha Cloud Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality technical education and placement support. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed, in compliance with European Union (EU) consumer protection laws and applicable regional regulations.

1. Standard Cancellation & Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to cancel your course enrollment within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the date your payment was processed and access was granted).

2. Conditions for Refund within the Cooling-Off Period

If you cancel your enrollment within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

Exceptions: The right to cancel and receive a full refund is lost if you have explicitly requested to start the performance of the services (i.e., you have logged in, accessed course materials, started an interactive sandbox lab, or completed more than 10% of the course modules) during the cancellation period.

3. Refunds Outside the Cooling-Off Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, or if you have waived your right to cancel by accessing significant portions of the digital content, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. Exceptions may only be made at the sole discretion of Incrito under extraordinary circumstances, such as severe medical emergencies or prolonged technical failure of our platform that prevents you from accessing the service.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to a recurring billing plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for any subsequent cycles.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent via email. You may use the contact details provided below. We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g., by email) without delay.
