1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Incrito platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These Terms govern your access to the platform and any services, courses, or certifications offered herein.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Shrestha Cloud Solutions Private Limited and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

To deliver state-of-the-art educational sandboxes, cloud simulations, and platform reliability, Incrito is officially partnered with TechpandaX, our designated technology and infrastructure partner. Certain platform features, hosting environments, and interactive labs are powered by TechpandaX technology.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. As a user, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the platform to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Make any unauthorized use of the platform, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
• Use the platform to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the platform.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Shrestha Cloud Solutions Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. For users located in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your country of residence under local consumer protection laws.

8. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.
