Trainer stories
From our trainer community
I teach two weekend batches a month alongside my day job. The curriculum and labs are ready, so I just focus on the sessions and mentoring.
The batches are always full and payouts are on time. Watching learners go from manual testing to writing frameworks is why I keep doing it.
I run monthly masterclasses and the occasional corporate session. Flexible, well-organised, and the learners come prepared.
FAQ
Trainer FAQ
01How and when are payouts made?
Per-batch compensation is paid on a fixed monthly schedule after each batch milestone, with performance bonuses tied to learner feedback and outcomes.
02What's the minimum batch load?
Freelance trainers can start with a single batch. Part-time and full-time roles carry a regular weekly load agreed up front.
03Can I teach fully remotely?
Yes. Many trainers deliver live-online only. On-site sessions at our HSR Layout centre are optional unless you're applying for a campus lead role.
04Is teaching equipment provided?
Classrooms, lab environments and the LMS are provided. For live-online you'll need a reliable connection and a decent mic/camera; we help set up the rest.
05Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No exclusivity for freelance and part-time trainers. Full-time lead trainers have a standard employment agreement.
06How soon can I start?
For in-demand domains, typically 1–2 weeks from a successful demo session to your first batch.
